My goalie pads are white, 32 inches tall, quite narrow and their brand is KOHO. My dad gave them
to me at the beginning of this last hockey season. A lot of people ask why they so narrow. They are
narrow because they are just about 20 years old. People also like them because they are white, and I
can't figure out why they are so "cool" just because they are white.
My pads are important to me because my dad got them brand new (they were quite expensive) and
now their mine. They are also important to me because we have pictures of my dad wearing them,
and now, you can see me wearing them in my hockey pictures. They are also important because they
save me from getting hurt when the opposition shoot the puck at me.
The first time I wore them my legs got really hot and I felt really clumsy (I have the feeling that I
looked really clumsy to). Over time though got used to them, and now my legs don't get hot and I
don't feel clumsy either. That is why my goalie pads are important to me.
